Here's how we can help
Underground, open pit and statutory coverage, plus the specialist work we get called in for. However your site is set up, there's a way to bring us in.
Where we can come in
Most sites bring us in for one of these three. Plenty bring us in for more than one. Either way, on your roster or turnkey with our own gear.
Open pit & civil earthworks
Surface mining and civil projects, from a single relief swing to a project team for the life of the job.
We provide competent, experienced surveyors — boots-on-ground ready for your open pit and civil works.
A project team, equipped and self-sufficient, for surface mining and civil projects. We bring the vehicle, the instruments and the software.
Underground development & production
Competent underground surveyors who know the cycle and can hold their own from the first shift.
We provide competent, experienced surveyors — boots-on-ground ready for your operation.
Standalone coverage where there is no survey department, or a full crew to stand one up for a restart or a new project.
Statutory
WHS Authorised Mine Surveyors at Grade 1 or Grade 2, to hold appointments under the Work Health and Safety (Mines) Regulations 2022 (WA). Permanent appointment, or relief through leave, turnover and new project startup — including the documentation and records that come with the role.
Beyond the roster
Work we are brought in for specifically, usually alongside coverage rather than instead of it.
Mentoring & development
Bringing newer surveyors up to standard on site, on the real job, rather than in a classroom.
Emergency plan preparation
Mine emergency plans prepared, updated and kept in a state that stands up to an audit.
Deswik transition & optimisation
Moving a department onto Deswik, or cleaning up a build that has grown messy over the years.
Control networks & traversing
Establishing, checking and holding surface and underground control so everything downstream ties in.
Department audits
An outside read of how your survey function is actually running, and what to do about it.
Project development work
Scoping and standing up survey for a new project, a restart, or a scope that has outgrown its setup.
